2Navigate to: FINANCE -> Payroll Service -> Element Entry
3Navigate to: Dues Deductions -> Create batchEffective Date: Select the month for the change (e.g., 01-Jun-2019)
Batch Preferences: Select “Change existing entry”
Uncheck “Reject if future changes exist”

Dues/Deduction for “House Rent Allowance”:

4Click Next button
5Add RowSearch for Employee name or Employee Number
In the Dues/Deduction column, find “House Rent Allowance”
Click on the value button
Choose “City Grade” in the City Grade for Rented
Validate and save

Verify and Approve “House Rent Allowance”:

6Click Next button
7Click Submit Button
8Verify and approve the Batch
